I was born and raised in Long Branch, NJ where I participated in every sport possible. O loved being outside, playing football, basketball, baseball and soccer.
Any sport or outdoor activity you can think of, I was involved in. Every day was a new athletic adventure for me as a young child never sticking to one sport activity
daily, I couldn’t help but play everything possible. Once I entered High School it was confirmed what sports I wanted to excel at…football and track. Participating
in these two sports, I knew I would have to start hitting the weights and different variations of speed and agility drills to train my body. My interest in personal training
began, as I was trying to figure out everything I had to do to become a better athlete. I had a great time working out and enjoying all of the affects of having a healthier and fit body.
After High School I attended Fork Union Military Academy where I continued my career in football. I was then offered a scholarship for football at the Division 1 football
program at Bowling Green State University. In college I continued to hit the weights and condition my body. For those four years I did not receive any horrific injuries and I
would like to thank our strength coach for making sure we did everything to stay in tip top shape. After college I played in 3 different professional leagues, from the Arena Football
League to the Canadian Football League. Without training and working out the way I did I would never have achieved so many goals and further my career into the professional level.
I would like to thank all of the people who trained me to be and stay in the best shape. I would like to show the same gratitude and determination to you and your fitness, to come and
train with Jersey Quest Sports & Fitness..
