Joanna is a CKO certified group kickboxing instructor and ISSA certified personal trainer. She has 8 years of experience in kickboxing; specializing in a high impact heavy bag workout style. Her classes focus strongly on technique, solid impact and an all-out intensity to help her clients burn maximum calories and get ripped. She employs this same intensity and principals to her boot camp classes. She stays fit while enjoying her hobbies of snowboarding, Spartan races and, the best of all, motherhood!.
